JV game score NP 26 Pennsbury 0. Several goal line stands, great credit to the defense. Terry Walton threw the ball well all game. Offensive line made holes all game for running backs Kenny Bound, Andrew Brown & Jamie Cassell.
Coincidentally the North Penn Junior Varsity beat the Neshaminy Junior Varsity by the same score they beat our Varsity, 24-14. Andrew Brown played well on both sides of the ball and scored two touchdowns. Reggie Harrison had an interception and a key pass break up at he end of the game. Galante forced a fumble. Pat Curran played outstanding on the D-line. Terry Walton completed passes all game and had several completions to tight end Jeff Gill.
We did all we could to give them the game. We had five fumbles one interception and allowed a safety. Our Defense did a great job considering how much they were on the field. The defense was allowing few total yards all game and Tommy Rommeo had a big interception late in the game.
John Kalis a sophomore scored the only touchdown along with the two point convertion and stepped it up to play quarterback, a position he has never played, for the entire second half when our only quarterback at the game was
hurt in the second quarter.We were threatening everytime we touched the ball only to turn it over in Mills territory.
The entire offensive line played well anchored by Junior Pat Curran.
