Crawford Stadium hosted the Abington Ghosts on Saturday. Both North Penn and Abington are coming off big victories last weekend. But this week is a whole other chapter. North Penn came out pounding on Abington. The Knights’ O line led by Mike Partain, Ryan Adams, Zack Detwiler, Dave Mims, Chris Tribanas, and Dotun Akingtoye was just bullish from the start. They allowed the Knights to be two dimensional, and allowed young quarterback Adam Hearns to scoot his way to three of the Knights seven touchdowns, one on the ground and two through the air, one to tight end Jeff Ball and one to wide receiver Deanco Oliver. The Knights get past the Galloping Ghosts 49 - 7. The Knights travel to Pennridge next Thursday evening.
